Need a forklift service for a single unit or an entire fleet, we offer a Service to Service No Breakdowns Policy.

We provide logbook servicing as directed by the Original Equipment Manufacturer to ensure your forklifts operate safely and as productively as possible.

Our service controllers will co-ordinate a suitable date/time with you to have one of our factory trained technicians complete work at your site, or in one of our workshops.

After we complete the first service, our technical team will tailor a service package for you. Our dedicated service team will manage your equipment maintenance from then on, so you don’t have to.

42 point service check

Hystandard’s comprehensive 42-point check identifies any faults that may be present.

This is critical to ensure maximum machine up-time and no further breakdowns.

Report, confirm go-ahead with repairs

Following the 42 point check, we confirm any additional repairs, if required. We then complete the machine service as per the original equipment manufacturer recommendation for the hours the machine has completed.

Our priority is no break downs before the next forklift service.

Clean up, job finished

Before we leave your site, we clean up and clean the truck to ensure it is ready for the next operator to use.We get you to read and sign the paperwork and advise any follow up work, if required.

We also advise your operators on the daily checks to keep your forklift safe and fit for purpose.
